Just taken delivery of a Dacia Duster and am delighted. The business were a dream to deal with. Quick to respond to any requests but never gave me any hassle. Struck a deal for the car which was good. To put their service into perspective I enquired with another business about a similar car. On the day I had mine delivered - within a week of enquiry - and after negotiating the price, the car being serviced, MOT, valeted and delivered, was the day I eventually got pictures of the other car I had enquired about. The service from Westerhope is brilliant. Being honest I had a degree of nervousness sending payment the day before delivery but having read all the excellent reviews and understanding how they operated I was confident and as promised the car was their the next day bang on time. Sean who brought the car was very pleasant and courteous - despite being a Newcastle fan!! - and made sure I understood everything I needed to about the car. Highly recommended.
